James Harden to officially return to the court for Sixers vs. Rockets

Doc Rivers reveals Shake Milton will be in permanent Sixers rotation

The Philadelphia 76ers are set to finish up their 3-game road trip on Monday when they take on the Houston Rockets and they will get a bit healthier on the floor.

After missing 14 games, James Harden will officially return to the floor on Monday against the Rockets. The Beard hasn’t played since Nov. 2 due to a right foot tendon strain and after piecing it together at the point guard spot, the Sixers will welcome him back to the lineup.

Harden makes his return in Houston where he spent a little over eight seasons and he won the MVP award in 2018. He also led the league in scoring three times while wearing a Rockets uniform.

The Sixers have dropped the first two games of this road trip in Cleveland and Memphis and the return of Harden will help them get back on track. Philadelphia will look to at least salvage a game before returning home for a 7-game homestand.

Tipoff in Houston is set for 8 p.m. EST.
