Bulls remains at No. 23 in ESPN’s NBA Power Rankings for Week 6

Goran Dragic injures shoulder in Monday’s win vs. Celtics

The Chicago Bulls are off to a 7-10 start to the 2022-23 regular season, coming off an impressive, much-needed victory on Monday over the Boston Celtics, snapping their four-game losing streak and ending Boston’s nine-game win streak.

ESPN’s NBA experts update their NBA Power Rankings every week, which landed the Bulls at No. 23 for Week 6, remaining in the same spot as last week.

Jamal Collier explains:

The Bulls got a much-needed victory against the Celtics on Monday to halt a four-game losing streak. But now Chicago will embark on a six-game road trip across the next two weeks that begins in Milwaukee and includes a West Coast swing against the Thunder, Jazz, Suns, Warriors and Kings.

The Bulls weathered the storm from their four-game slump and the benching of Zach LaVine, but as Collier noted, their upcoming West Coast trip will be an important stretch to notch a few W’s in the wins column.
