MADISON, Wis. — It’s not every game Wisconsin notches 100 points, but the women’s basketball team looked outstanding as it defeated Bradley 103-49 on Wednesday night at the Kohl Center. The Badgers tied and set multiple records and got revenge against the Braves after dropping their road match the season prior.

Wisconsin set the single-game field-goal percentage at 63.9%, and went 39-61 from the field. Its 103 points ranks eight all-time in school history, and was the first time the Badgers reached 100 points since Dec. 18, 2016. En route to these impressive numbers, five UW players scored in double-digits, including Serah Williams, Maty Wilke, Julie Pospisilova, Brooke Schramek and Krystyna Ellew. Williams led the pack with 18 points (7-10 FG, 4-5 FT), followed by Wilke with 17 points (7-9 FG, 3-5 3FG).

UW tied two more school records, including the most three-point field goals with 14, and most assists with 34. Pospisilova contributed four threes, with Wilke and Ellew each scoring three apiece. The Badgers’ most prolific three-point shooting efforts came in the first quarter when they made 6-of-11, and they never shot less than 54.55% from behind the arc throughout the game. In terms of assists, Avery LaBarbera contributed nine with Halle Douglass, the team assists leader, adding in eight more.

This game marks the Badgers’ largest margin of victory since 1982 with 54 points separating the two teams.
