Communication is going to be a big thing with the Sixers going forward. They were a little discombobulated on the defensive end of the floor and PJ Tucker wants that nipped in the bud.
“Yeah, no, for sure,” he explained. “It’s just getting clarity on defense. Today (Friday) was definitely a defensive practice. Getting guys talking, communicating, getting coverages down, but today like I said, probably one are better practices of the season so far.”
Coach Rivers added: “It’s really important. You have so many different guys. So many guys have come from so many different systems and the clearer you are, the louder you are, the multiple times you yell it is very important. We don’t do that yet. Some guys, Tucker, I mean PJ is phenomenal at it, but we need everybody to do it.”
