Luka Doncic on his Game 1 scar: ‘Makes me look tough’

It only took a few minutes of Western Conference finals game action for Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic to pick up a nasty looking scratch across the right side of his face. The scratch stretches from the side of his nose across his cheek.

Doncic joked after the game that it makes him look tough.

Doncic also praised the Warriors’ defense. He was held to two second-half points and finished the game with 20.

“They were doing a great job on me, especially in the second half. But I’ve got to be better, that’s on me. And as a leader I’ve got to be better for the whole group, so that’s on me.”
