It is still unknown whether Luka Doncic will be able to play on Saturday in the Mavericks’ playoff opener against the Jazz. The Slovenian superstar injured his calf during the season finale and there is no timetable for his return.
According to Dallas head coach Jason Kidd, the team will be preparing for the Game 1 with Doncic or without him. “Nothing has changed it’s a calf injury,” he said, per Landon Buford. “He’s in good spirits will see how he feels tomorrow. We will be preparing with or without him and we will be taking precautions.”
