Why is a former Tar Heelโs father showing hatred towards the UNC basketball program on social media?
The UNC basketball programโs NCAA Tournament run has been an exciting one. In Hubert Davisโ first year at the helm, the Tar Heels have well-exceeded the expectations, as they are just one win away from making their first Final Four appearance since 2017.
Former Tar Heels have been well-invested in this tournament run. In fact, a handful of former UNC basketball standouts were very active on social media after the teamโs Sweet 16 victory over UCLA.
Heck, although he doesnโt use social media, even Roy Williams was a major topic of discussion with his excited reaction after the win.
However, not ALL former Tar Heels are happy with the program, as a father of a prominent former standout player showed some hostility towards the program in a recent tweet.
The 3 damn teams (mens and womens combined) I donโt want to make the damn final 4 are gonna make the final four. Fvck!…
