Darren Collison and the Los Angeles Lakers have been flirting for what feels like years. They finally hooked up on a 10-day contract earlier this season as rosters around the league were decimated from COVID, but at the conclusion of those 10 days, Collison was out.
Now he’s back. Sort of. Collison has signed with the Lakers’ G League affiliate, the South Bay Lakers, per Shams Charania of The Athletic, and he has his eyes on a call-up to an NBA team.
