Haley Schubert has been named to the NCAA D2 Conference Commissioners Association All-South Region First Team.
The talented point guard from Knoxville, Tenn. finished the season sixth in the GSC in scoring with 16.4 ppg and first in assists, dishing off 157 and 4.8 per contest. She was fifth in the league in assist/turnover ratio at 1.5. Schubert earned GSC All-Tournament honors as she helped guide the Lady Flames to the title game and posted 18.6 ppg and 4.8 apg over three games.
Schubert and the Lady Flames posted a 25-8 mark and won an NCAA Tournament game for the first time since 2018, with an 87-77 win over Benedict.
