The South Carolina Gamecocks haven’t won a game against the #5 Auburn Tigers since Jan. 22 of 2019, but they’ll be looking to end the drought Saturday. USC and Auburn will face off in an SEC battle at 1 p.m. ET at Auburn Arena. Both teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins.
The Gamecocks came out on top in a nail-biter against the Missouri Tigers on Tuesday, sneaking past 73-69. Guard Jermaine Couisnard and guard Devin Carter were among the main playmakers for USC as the former had 17 points and seven assists and the latter had 17 points along with eight boards. Couisnard had some trouble finding his footing against the Alabama Crimson Tide on Saturday, so this was a step in the right direction.
