The Arkansas State Red Wolves and the Georgia State Panthers are set to clash at 6 p.m. ET March 5 at Pensacola Bay Center in the second round of the Sun Belt Conference Tourney.
The Red Wolves earned some postseason bragging rights after a successful outing on Thursday. They skirted past the Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks 81-77. Forward Norchad Omier took over for Arkansas State, finishing with 35 points (a whopping 43% of their total) in addition to 13 rebounds.
Meanwhile, the Panthers were able to grind out a solid victory over the Louisiana Ragin Cajuns last week, winning 65-58.
