The Orlando Magic are giving their home crowd exactly what it was hoping to see. They are way out in front after one quarter with a 34-23 lead over the Indiana Pacers.

Orlando has enjoyed the tag-team combination of center Mo Bamba and power forward Wendell Carter Jr.. The former has 11 points in addition to three rebounds and one block, while the latter has eight points along with three boards. A double-double would be Carter Jr.’s sixth in a row.

Indiana hasn’t had any offensive standouts so far with all players held to six points or fewer.

This is the first time the Magic have been ahead going into the second quarter in the past seven games.
