The rumors are heating up that James Harden could get traded by the Brooklyn Nets to the Philadelphia 76ers for Ben Simmons before the February 10th’s trade deadline.

Nets head coach Steve Nash decided not play Harden in his team’s recent game against the Utah Jazz stirring further speculation about the potential trade. He explained that the team wants to make sure Harden’s hamstring is feeling better.

As far as trade rumors are concerned, Nash said he is constant communication with the 31-year-old shooting guard. “We’re in lockstep, so I don’t think he pays attention in that way where it affects him, he said, per Brian Lewis of New York Post.

“And he certainly knows my tone is like ‘its me and you, buddy. We’ve got to figure this out and keep going, keep pushing.’”
