Doc Rivers shares unclear injury status update on 76ers’ guard Seth Curry prior to game vs Lakers

Philadelphia 76ers were able to overcome the Los Angeles Lakers in front of their fans on Thursday night. Sixers’ head coach Doc Rivers talked about Seth Curry injury recovery as the veteran guard remains out since Jan.19.

Curry missed his fourth consecutive game Thursday due to left knee soreness. With Shake Milton also out with a back injury, the Sixers relied solely on Tyrese Maxey and Furkan Korkmaz to play in the guard roles.

“He did a lot yesterday. He didn’t do much at all. He did some shooting. That’s about it. We were hoping he’d be back tonight. That’s not gonna happen, so we’re just gonna see the next game and see if he can go,” Rivers said…
