Joel Embiid scored 26 points, led the Philadelphia 76ers past LeBron James-less Los Angeles Lakers 105-87 on Thursday night. Meanwhile, Anthony Davis posted 31 points and grabbed 12 boards for the Lakers.
“He’s a big part of what we’re trying to do,” Anthony Davis said, via ESPN. “It sucks not having him but it gives us a chance to see what we have without him. We definitely want to take advantage of these moments.”
