The Utah Utes are home Thursday, but with the point spread against them by 9.5 points, it might not be quite the welcoming they would prefer. Utah and the #9 UCLA Bruins will face off in a Pac-12 battle at 11 p.m. ET at Jon M. Huntsman Center. The Utes have been on the wrong side of a one-way rivalry with the Bruins and are hoping to record their first win since March 9 of 2019.
Utah lost 64-62 to the Arizona State Sun Devils on Monday on a last-minute half-court bomb from ASU’s Jalen Graham with 0:04 left to play. Guard Lazar Stefanovic had a pretty forgettable game, playing for 34 minutes but putting up just five points on 2-for-11 shooting.
Meanwhile, while not quite a landslide, the game between UCLA and the Oregon State Beavers on Saturday was still a pretty decisive one as UCLA wrapped it up with an 81-65 victory at home….
