The San Antonio Spurs were expected to win this one, and so far that’s exactly how it’s playing out. They are way out in front after one quarter with a 32-22 lead over the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Spurs have been relying on point guard Dejounte Murray, who has six points and four assists along with three boards and two steals, and center Jakob Poeltl, who has four points in addition to three blocks and three rebounds. Oklahoma City has been led by small forward Aaron Wiggins, who so far has eight points along with three rebounds.

This is the first time San Antonio has been ahead going into the second quarter in the past five games.
